Iron Man is a fictional character that first appeared in Tales of Suspense #39 (March 1963), and was created by writer-editor Stan Lee, scripter Larry Lieber, and artists Don Heck and Jack Kirby.

Day 100: Wolverine



Wolverine is a fictional character, a superhero that appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appeared in Incredible Hulk #180 (October 1974) and was created by writer Len Wein and Marvel art director John Romita Sr., who designed the character, and was first drawn for publication by Herb Trimpe. Wolverine later joined the X-Men's "All New, All Different" roster in Giant-Size X-Men #1 (May 1975).

In May 2008, Wolverine was ranked #1 out of "Wizard Magazine's Top 200 Comic Book Characters of All Time".

Day 10: Doctor Octopus



Doctor Octopus is a fictional character that appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man #3 (July 1963), and was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko.

Otto Octavius is a stocky, myopic man who utilizes four powerful, mechanical appendages. A highly intelligent mad scientist, he is obsessed with proving his own genius and destroying Spider-Man. It has been speculated that his appearance was originally based on that of Roy Orbison.

Day 9: Spider-Man



Spider-Man is a fictional character, a Marvel Comics superhero, created by writer-editor Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko. The character first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 (August 1962), and has since gone on to become one of the most popular, enduring and commercially successful superheroes worldwide, and is arguably Marvel's most famous character.
